Love the hotel and convenience to so many different places such as restaurants and shops. It was close to the Notre Dame Basilica. Room was smaller than what we are used to but not a big deal. Bed was smaller than expected and not as comfortable.

Staff were very helpful, easy check in and out. Rooms were clean, spacious and bright. I like the ambiance of the room. Bed was comfortable. I have a good night alewp. The restaurant was great. The hotel is exceptional. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. The spa staff was great. The room was gorgeous and exceptionally clean. We ate at the 701 and it was also exceptional.

This hotel was truly amazing! The Kyo restaurant was exceptional and we visited there frequently during our stay. The hotel location was perfect as was the room and service from the staff. The ONLY thing I would change is the lighting in the room, which I felt to be a bit dim.
