Room looked like I was walking into my own snuff film. Do not stay here, the pictures are totally inaccurate!!! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. If you read this review & stay there you are actually an idiot. I was legitimately worried about contracting something from staying there / being murderdx

I stayed here twice, once in a private room and once in a room with shared bathroom. The private room was fine for the price and the location is great, I would stay in that room type again. The shared bathroom room wasn't clean; surfaces had not been wiped down so there was sticky mystery liquid on the nightstand and desk and floor. The shared bathrooms were very gross and smelled awful and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. I would not stay in this room type again. They say continental breakfast, but it is just toast and cereal which is fine for the price you pay. There is A LOT of stairs so it is difficult if you have big bags or mobility issues, but the staff helped me which I was very grateful for. In general I found the staff to be nice and helpful.

Personnelle peu accueillant. J'ai tenter d'appeler 5 fois à l'hôtel afin d'avoir des renseignement avant de venir , personne ne m'a répondu alors que la réceptionniste n'étais pas du tout occupé a nôtre arrivé. Aucun stationnement disponibles aux alentours. Nous avons finalement payer 54$ afin de nous stationné pour une nuit. Le responsable du stationnement nous a demandé de lui laissé nos clefs de voitures, ce que nous avons bien évidement refuser. La propreté laisse a désirer, plancher collant et odeur bizarres en entrant dans l'hôtel. Les salles de bain sentent lurine et présences d'excréments sur le mur. Le quartier est très bruyants, les passants (incluant des enfants crient jusqu'à 3h du matin et les voitures klaxone sans arrêt.

The location was great, as it was located right in the heart of downtown Montreal. It was however a bit noisy at night and it was hard to find overnight parking at a reasonable price. The service was good and the room was spacious and clean. On the other hand, the bed was very uncomfortable, as it would sink in very easily.

there was one major downside that impacted my stay. The building, while decent on the outside, felt noticeably old on the inside. The decor and infrastructure seemed outdated, with worn-out carpets and furnishings that could use an upgrade. Additionally, there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the hallways, which was quite off-putting. Despite being in a non-smoking room, the odor seemed to seep into other areas, which made the environment less pleasant.

They should put the actual photos on the internet so that people can book accordingly. Was literally very less light in the rrooom . Thier blinds even do not work properly we need to put something on the window to cover the look out from the room . On the name of breakfast they just have bread and butter coffee and juice . We had our worst night ever to spend their. It needs to be improved well .they just make people fool
