"Everything was great besides the price being more the 2-3 times the regular price. And we were there on off session(October). We have learned that the place charges way less on the regular after booking it. Overall great place besides the price gouging!"

"The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and modern. The staff was great in getting us taxis, recommendations, etc Not sure if this is for all properties but we got hit with a per person city tax when we checked in which cost close to 200.00 for 5 people… in fairness I don’t know if that apples to all Barcelona hotel/ rentals.. Also had a kinda weird thing happen..we were 5 people and asked for additional blankets..they said they could provide but would charge us per day for the extra...

"I loved the space! Equipped with a complete kitchen, a spacious bathroom and living room, we were quite comfortable in this apartment. Everything seemed clean and new. What I didn’t like? I didn’t appreciate an extra charge for the third person, even though I was up front with that at the beginning. The reception was always polite and helpful."

"The place is quite convenient. But you can hear the next door clearly as it is not good sound insulation. City tax is excluded from the hotel charging, so be aware you need to pay extra when checkout. We paid €22extra for two nights city tax."
