The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay.
The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived.
My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here.
Traveling to the city is better with the train to Milano Porta Garibaldi. When you are there you can pick the tram, metro or bus to your destination

Property was very nice and very large. It appears they do much of their business with tour and convention groups. You need to walk 15 to 20 minutes to the metro stations or places to eat out. They have their own restaurant; breakfast was good. Had dinner and room services, which didn't turn out well at all. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Wished it had a coffee machine or water kettle to make coffee. TV had one English speaking channel, F24. Parking underground was convenient. Overall we had a good three day stay.
