"The overall stay was great, welcoming receptionist, spacious rooms. Did not eat breakfast. You pay for parking, but its not so expensive for short stay. If you are handicapped it may be bothersome to check in as there is no parking to get directly to front desk (before you have carpark access), and you should park in underground level of carpark to have direct access to an elevator to take you to your floor. Long walk with some light stairs, a couple of steps... to lobby elevator if you dont...

"We were surprised at how remote the hotel was. Taxi cost 25Euros from train station to this hotel and then, without a car, there was no food nearby except the 10E pizzas (tasty) the hotel offered and 5E beer. there was free transport to the airport. breakfast is not free, but 12.50Euros. Another surprise was that to use the kitchen in your room, there was an additional 10E charge."

"Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. J'ai pour habitude de réserver sur internet et après je téléphone à l'hôtel pour savoir s'ils ont bien reçu la réservation. Confirmation faite et ils m'ont envoyé le mail. Le 29 Decembre à notre arrivée la standardiste nous a soutenu qu'il n'y avait aucune réservation a notre nom !!! On lui a montré le mail et nous a répondu que cela n'était pas une preuve .??? Mon mari c'est énervé ,le patron a du venir ,elle n'etait...

"The apartment is spacious, but the decor is tired. The area is very quiet: all shops and restaurants are a 20-minute walk away. Convenient for the airport, but if I had to stay for more than a night or two, I’d go elsewhere. "

"The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. The stairs were old/loud when walking up and down. I did like that they had a full kitchen with dishes and pots/plans which is great for long stays for families. "

"Lovely hotel. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Amazing breakfast too. Few negatives - shower was a dribble and in our toilet the water kept flowing until you re-pressed the chain but to be fair we didn’t report either issue so the hotel didn’t even have a chance to solve them. We only stayed for 2 nights so got in with it. The hotel arranged our transfer back to the airport which was excellent. (Assume they would have picked us up from the airport if I’d got in touch and asked!). Awesome...

"A fantastic first stay in Toulouse. This former Aparthotel is a Co-Working environment and now part of the Cowool community. I found the hotel situated in a very quiet research park. The rooms themselves are mini apartments with cooking facilities etc. they are kitted out for long term stays but I was very comfortable for the night. The breakfast is minimal, only sweet foods were on offer so unlike a full hotel, it’s easier to go to a supermarket and bring your own. There are lots of spaces to...

"The overall stay was great, welcoming receptionist, spacious rooms. Did not eat breakfast. You pay for parking, but its not so expensive for short stay. If you are handicapped it may be bothersome to check in as there is no parking to get directly to front desk (before you have carpark access), and you should park in underground level of carpark to have direct access to an elevator to take you to your floor. For handicapped a couple of stairs can be a bigger deal...The laundry facilities were very convenient and easy to access, right by elevator underground in carpark. Enjoyed kebab place right down the street and grocery store is also walking distance. "

The rooms themselves are mini apartments with cooking facilities etc. they are kitted out for long term stays but I was very comfortable for the night. The breakfast is minimal, only sweet foods were on offer so unlike a full hotel, it’s easier to go to a supermarket and bring your own. There are lots of spaces to work and the staff are so friendly. Getting into Toulouse centre is a wonderful experience by first a public cable car (€1.80) for two stops and then the Metro (€1.80) into the main squares and touristic areas. I have to commend both Leo and Lucie for their warm personalities and professionalism. They made our stay very personal with advice and kindness. Would return again for the location and peacefulness. "
