Old, rusty and not cleaned, couldn't lock my room as lock didn't work, airport transporation took almost an hour and its about 5 min away... Cockroaches in the entrance to the hotel... Just bad

Although staff and room made my stay easy, the location was really not good. It took me 30 to 40min to go in or get out of the area. Also, since there was a lot of construction happening, the area had a pretty bad smell. Not fun to hang outside!

La habitación olía mucho a humedad y el baño no se veía muy limpio tampoco. El elevador también se sentía algo inseguro y no nos pareció correcto que todo lo del desayuno fuese servido en desechables.

Todo estuvo dentro de las expectativas, excepto la Joven que nos hizo el Check Out (Laura) en mediodia, de muy mal caracter, aspera, con la cara encajada y muy mal humor. También tuve que regresar caminando desde la ahuja de salida para que nos pudiese dar acceso de salida, ya que sabia que el taxi nos habia recogido, y e ignoro darnos salida, Es de muy mal gusto lidear con personas arrogantes sin ningun motivo y actuar asi con los huespedes cuando no se tiene el don de Servicio, ya que pareciese como si le pesaba estar trabajando.
