In the night was an alarm for hours. The noise didn’t end until the morning. The reception was not manned and nobody stopped the alarm. This was extremely bad service and they didn’t even apologize for this.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist in Ordnung, das Frühstück und den hoteleigenen Parkplatz fand ich gut. Ich werde aber persönlich dieses Hotel nicht nochmals buchen - wegen schlechter Schalldämmung der Hotelzimmer nimmt man alle Geräusche sowohl von außen (Musik im Restaurant, vorbei fahrende Autos) als auch von Nachbarzimmern wahr.

Bom no geral, detalhes podem não agradar

Localizado entre 2 pernas de estrada. Para se deslocar para cidades próximas é ótimo, mas para dormir pode ser incômodo. Pelas fotos parecia mais remoto. Recepção vazia a partir de 20h e não 22h como consta no hoteis.com! Cuidado para não ficar de fora. Entraram e arrumaram as camas independente do aviso de não perturbe na maçaneta. Pontos positivos incluem café da manhã gostoso, quartos amplos, restaurante anexo, vaga de estacionamento (Não coberta), ambiente quase temático, uma vez que o prédio situa-se num resquício de um antigo castelo.

Único detalhe que me preocupou foi que fica sem funcionário no hotel a partir das 22:00 inclusive sem nenhum tipo de segurança no período noturno.

Good but small room

The room was very small and so was the shower. The AC only worked if you kept the bathroom door open. The restaurant next door had great food. Make sure you make it before they close. They were a lot of help at the counter.

Schönes Hotel an der Straße, Nähe zu Siena ideal

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Es störte uns nur etwas, dass das Haus vorne und hinten eine Straße in der Nähe hatte. Wir hatten uns beim Buchen von dem schönen Haus auf dem Berg mit der schönen Zypressenalle blenden lassen. Das war allerdings nur der Ausblick vom Hotel aus. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, störte es uns nicht weiter auch dass wir ein sehr einfaches (aber sauberes) Zimmer hatten. Das Hotel liegt nur ca. 10 km von Siena entfernt und ist daher ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

Hotel confortável, limpo e com funcionários cordia

Hotel muito bonito, no estilo rústico, com cama boa, chuveiro bom e muito limpinho. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e o hotel possui um bom estacionamento. Infelizmente, o restaurante ao lado do hotel estava fechado durante nossa estadia. O hotel fica afastado de Siena uns 15 minutos de carro, no entanto tem outros restaurantes pertos e é muito bom para fazer os passeios de carro pela Toscana, pois fica na beira de uma das estradas. Recomendo!

Good hotel while travelling in Tuscany.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast + good coffee. Free parking Restaurant next to the hotel with very nice view. Wifi only in reception. Good for escape to Sienna and surroundings of beautiful Tuscany.

NO AIR CONDITIONING !!!!

No AC. false advertisement. The manager said the knob in the room "Makes the wall cold." That was what he called A/C!!! Stayed there only one night in early July, 2015. Thank God it was only one night, was hard getting thru it cuz there is No Fan, No A/C, there is a window, however were concerned about insects coming in so we kept it closed. I had to wet a towel and place it on me to cool me off, as well as my kids! Dont stay here unless you sleep on the walls, as that gets cool....that's A/C??

Très bon accueil. Tout était parfait a l'exception du matelas qui aurait pu être plus ferme. Hotel situé à une vingtaine de minutes du site touristique de Sienne.

The hotel is OK, but breakfast is very scarce

The hotel is OK, well located, nice room and lobby; breakfast was very scarce, very little portions, one croissant per guest. The final price we paid was not the same announced by Expedia: in your ad the price was $87 and marked as a Sale, but in the end, we paid around 90 euros per night, plus tax. In my former deals with Expedia the price announced was the price paid. I think next time I will try to do business with Expedia.com and not Expedia.it. I don't speak Italian and I wanted to do the review in English but you don't allow that possibility.

Gorgeous view, excellent place

I was amazed when we got to this place, it was during winter so pool and tiki bar were close but the beautiful view was all in front our eyes, great deal for what you pay, front desk personal were amazing and very helpful, wifi available in common areas and in your room, delicious breakfast was brought to our room because is was winter time, it can be your base to visit Cortona and some other places nearby (in car). I definitely recommend this hotel
