"Overall the property was good. It was in a great location. The street outside was well lit at night and people played music or sang opera in the piazza in the evenings. Lot's of dining options. Bathroom is a little small and the elevator only goes to the fifth floor. We stayed on the 7th floor so we had to carry our bags up two flights. "

"Hotel is located within walking distance to all attractions. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. There’s a small kitchen inside the unit to cook simple meals which is a plus."

"The property was very well located and walkable to all the major sites. Check in was seemless and front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little dated but as an apartment it had a full kitchen and a separate loft bedroom for my daughter. great choice of hotel for a very reasonable price. i would stay there again."

"Very good location.Walkable to everything. Felt like we rented an apartment. Safe even though located on a busy street between restaurants. We were given a key to open the front door another for the gate inside the front door, another for the door to the apartment suite then another for the actual apartment door. "The hotel is cozy, with a sophisticated,traditional atmosphere. Our room was quiet and comfortable with updated furnishings; the bathroom had a tub/ shower and gracious sink. The breakfast room is spacious and elegant, with a waitress for menu orders as well as a nice buffet. The hotel location is close Pza San Marco but far enough away to avoid the crowds there. Highly recommended for a romantic Venice stay."

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

"The hotel was centrally located - everywhere was walkable, close to the station and sights. The staff were lovely, they even gave me a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. The room was nice and clean, the only problem was the broken bathroom door. Breakfast was nice and they gave us a goody bag on our last morning. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The check-in experience with the wonderful Olga was outstanding. She could not have been more warmer, kinder, helpful or more welcoming. The surprise room upgrade and early check-in was a lovely surprise. The service from everyone was great during our stay and the property was super cool, trendy but warm and homely at the same time. The location was amazing and could not have been better, so I definitely highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home whilst visiting Florence !!!!"

"We travel twice a year and have long stays and don't ususally review. But, we both agree this hotel deserves a comment. All of the hotel staff at Hotel Paris are exceptional!! From check in to check out everyone always smiled and offered themselves generously. They made us feel like they were happy we were there. The hotel had exactly what you want when away from home, clean comfortable friendly service. The hotel is historic and beautiful and they preserved that well in renovations. The location can not be beat. Massimo and Massimo(Maxamillion) were the stars. Attrie( sorry for the spelling) was kind and sweet. The woman in the dining room, we don't know her name, was very attentive and sweet. The room was new and fresh each day, although we never saw the cleaning crew. Thank you for a marvelous stay in this home away from home. "

Highly recommend Hotel Bernini

" Beautiful historical, walking distance to all monuments. Spacious, comfortable well-appointed room and bathroom, felt like our own mini suite! Staff were super friendly and attentive. Lorenzo in the reception took care of our transfers and excursions around the city , as well as a rental car for an exhilarating day in beautiful Tuscany vineyards. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful and accommodated my vegetarian diet. Hotel Bernini more than exceeded my expectations and made our stay in Firenze especially memorable. "
