"Great Hotel! I was actually hesitant to book this hotel because the picture in Expedia looks like it's in the middle of nowhere. When we got there, the hotel is actually right on the center close to shopping centres and churches. It is very modern and has great facilities. We were able to explore the town on foot. "Room was nice, small but typical for European hotels. Air conditioner was on, but often it didn't feel like it (I'm also usually cold). Thermostat is controlled by office. We didn't complain though. Front office staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning lady was great & kept room tidy. Local area of Montesilvano was kind of run down & didn't have many stores, but beach was nice. There is a grocery store & bike rental shop very close. Town of Pescara has more stores and is better kept. "

Hotel restaurant needs greater supervision from staff (needs a managerial presence, Maitre) to ensure certain standards of dress code and behaviour are maintained and respected (and I don't mean that I want a formal restaurant) -- the behaviour of certain families and their children made you feel as if you were eating at a big children's party and/or holiday camp.
