"A perfect, cute, unique apartment in a great location! The apartment had plenty of space, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. Its location is central and it’s easy to walk anywhere you need to go! There are a couple of great little wine bars across the street as well. Reception was very friendly and communicative. All around a great find. "

"The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. "We had a really good stay in the absolute centre of Bologna. The property was very well kept though the mattress, whilst adequate, could probably do with replacing soon. The property management were very efficient and provided plenty of information to make our brief stay a good one."

"Der Zustand des Appartements war fürchterlich. Alles alt,der Kühlschrank hat gestunken. Schlafcouch unter aller würde, von Matratze nichts zu sehen,nur lattenrost zu spüren. "Its in a great location but we were on the top floor of 4 flights of very steep stairs trying to carry heavy suit case. there was no help from the girl who showed us the room. We are elderly and probably shouldnt have booked a place with such steep stairs. But the location was absolutely perfect and the room was charming. My son and I had a 6:50am flight and the first free shuttle leaves at 4:45am which was just in time to get us to the airport within the 2 hours. Only negatives was the poor WiFi in my room (429) which made me go to do some work in the main lobby. My tub/shower had a really bad clog so I was in shin height water by the end of my shower. "Everything was great about this hotel as far as a hotel that you need very close to the Bologna airport. My son and I had a 6:50am flight and the first free shuttle leaves at 4:45am which was just in time to get us to the airport within the 2 hours. Only negatives was the poor WiFi in my room (429) which made me go to do some work in the main lobby. My tub/shower had a really bad clog so I was in shin height water by the end of my shower. Overall two minor things considering the place was clean, not too expensive, staff spike English and less than 5 mins from the airport with the complimentary airport shuttle. I would use them again when in Bologna again."

"PROs: The room was well-located and had good upkeep. The breakfast was expansive and of great quality. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had nice water pressure. CONS: uninspired dinner menu. The room could have used a kettle for tea. The tub needs upkeep. Like the speaker in the bathroom but no volume control, speaker had too much static. Prefer glassware to plastic cups. The style needs updating."
