"We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more. "We couldn't have hoped for a better retreat. You need a car to get to this gem 10 mins outside of Orvieto but if you're looking for peace and quiet and a beautiful property with an amazing pool, this is the place. We had great service, food (breakfast and dinner) and accommodation."
