The property was beautiful justvlike the other ones we visited, the food was goodband theyvhad alot of delicious options atvthe buffet. The reservation restaraunts were very hard book when we arrived because theyvare very small maybe 10 to 15 tables, and the food wasn't tasty. The steak house was disappointing, the lobstercwas tinyvand dry and my wifes filet mignon wasbdry and bland. The best meals were Breakfast and Lunch at Mobay Buffet. The staff was wonderful and tried their best to accommodate us. I would visit again with my Family for the price.

Was there for a 5 day girls’ trip for my 50th birthday. Staff was amazing - so friendly, helpful, eager to do anything to make our stay better. Entertainment by the pool was great. However, room smelled damp, bathroom sink was clogged, outlets didn’t accommodate standard plugs well, and doors to the rooms slammed very loudly at all hours. Food was okay but nothing to write home about. Overall, for the money we spent, it was a good trip.

This was our first trip to Jamaica. We were able to check in early since we got there by 12:00pm which was very nice to be able to eat lunch and sit by the beach a few extra hours. The hotel staff was vey accommodating and super friendly, especially at the restaurants. Airplane noise was loud during peak hours at the airport. The worse part of the stay was the annoying vendors on kayaks at the beach.

I would visit this resort a 1000 times over again. This was my second time visiting Jamaica but 1st time at the Riu Palace and I ENJOYED! From the entertainment, to the friendly staff, the food 10/10, and the scenery. I love Jamaica and whenever I come back, I will definitely be booking at this resort.

This resort met expectations, I do wish I had booked through the property itself as they provide complimentary round trip airport shuttles. The food was better on the weekend than during the week. The staff were amazing and lovely.
