"Vi (mor, far og søn) fik på forhånd en mail og fortalte om tidspunktet af vores ankomst. Luca var meget hjælpsom og imødekommende, og der er absolut intet at udsætte på servicen. Vi blev dog skuffet over vores lejlighed på øverste sal, fordi alle vinduer sad under øjenhøjde eller højt oppe i taget. De følte derfor virkelig, at man var gået i kloster. "The breakfast, though not included was made a reasonable option for us, which was lovely, and I loved the staff! They were so helpful, professional and fun to be around. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The shower had changing lights (in addition to regular light bulbs), which was relaxing Anna water pressure was spot on!! The patio/balcony was great size and enjoyable (though it was 40 degrees outside)."
