"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. We will definitely come back again in the future. I can sincerely recommend this facility to everyone seeking quiet, peaceful holliday in a beautiful authentic setting in Umbria. "

"Very friendly staff. No problem to communicate in English at all. The place is nice with lots of amenities, such as playgrounds, soccer field, swimming pool, etc. Make sure you bring your own stuff, though, because linens and what not are not included and if you need them, you will need to pay a fee. So does renting a remote control for the air conditioner. We ended up paying 50 euro more for one night. Will definitely go back and bring our own stuff next time."

"This property was unique in its lack of internet connection (it is the year 2022 and there are thousands of properties with connectivity around it!) and in its inability to work with a customer to make sure the customer leaves happy. I booked 4 nights through Expedia. As soon as we checked in, i found out that there is internet only in the public lobby. Ok (maybe) for the weekend but not in midweek, when i have to spend hours on work zoom calls. We had to move to another place after the first 2...

"Hotel location is within 10 minutes walking distance from train station, transportation bus stops are also located literally outside the hotel, excellent customer service, rooms are a bit too small but it was ok since we literally only used it to sleep & shower. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. If you have a car, you can only drop off luggage quickly and repark the car. The lot is a 10 minute drive thru Assisi, but by using the stairs that connect the winding streets, the walk back is quick. Asking for a cab from the front desk is a little pricey. I recommend walking to the piazza by St. Clare's church to pick up a cab where they line up. "
