"The staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant Casa Masi was incredible just make sure you reserve a table because they get busy. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely for our stay, the only thing I would say that was an inconvenience is that the bathroom in our apartment was downstairs from the master bedroom but other then that we will definitely be coming back here."

"The hotel is in a beautiful old house with plenty of character. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the staff always pleasant and helpful. The hotel and bedrooms were very clean. My only negatives were concerning the pool area. The sun beds needed updating, particularly the mattresses and there were were only 4 parasols. These were totally insufficient with the high summer temperatures."

"The reception was extremely helpful with all our queries even before we got to the property and really helped make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. We also booked a horse riding lesson which was with a great instructor and I’d highly recommend a ride if you have the time. Thanks for the hospitality! "

"Lejlighedere er fine dog er køkkenet en smule lille. Eneste bekymring er andre gæster. Desværre havde vi en hollandsk overbo der klagede over vor loftsfan var tændt. De kunne dog ikke selv tage hensyn til andre. Hotellets guest service manager Tony var hele ferien vær. Han underholdt kom med oplysninger og car alle pengene vær. Restauranter vin og olivenolie (hans egen produktion) vidste hvor man skulle købe. Desværre sad vi fast i kø over Brennerpasset således at vi kom 2 timer efter...

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un endroit au calme avec piscine et une vue magnifique sur la campagne Toscane. Idéalement situé pour les visites de Florence Pise et Siene à 1h environ et San Gimignano et Volterra 30 mns. L'accueil de Eleonora est juste parfait c'est une belle personne nous la remercions encore. La bâtisse est composée de trois appartements nous avons eu la chance de partager avec deux couples de français cela c'est fini par une visite d'une cave en commun et d'un repas...
