"The condo was comfortable, large, well located, and we enjoyed it. It needs a few more amenities and modernization though…there was no salt in the kitchen, 2 mismatched wine glasses, 1 broken spatula, limited cutlery, the kitchen tap was loose, the dishwasher seal was broken (someone came and fixed it quickly), and the living room was always cold…not sure if we figured out the thermostats properly but it never seemed to get above 18 Celsius…could make a big difference if they spent $100 at IKEA...

Link provided within text message took us to the page which was all in French and we had hard time finding English version. Then we had to go through the long registration process which still didn't give us any code to access property. We were referred to the leasing office for the key and door code."

"Very nice 2 bedroom condo with all the ameneties. Only negative comment is the error on the map location on Hotels.com that misleads to think that we are close to the hillside village when we are 6 km from it!!!! reception at Tremblant Sunstar told me that this has happened at multiple occasions and that Hotels.com is aware of it but still is still not fixed!!! too bad as i was looking for location near the village!!! please fix this!!!"

"It's a split-type unit and renters should keep weary over the noise since security can be summoned and renters can be charged $250/visit from security. Had we known about this policy, we would have picked some place more, isolated. Overall a nice set up, parking was limited to 2 per unit but there is 'visitor' praking (at your own risk, front desk said).. Some (or all) units managed by a hotel about 7 minutes away.. My company and I would have enjoyed much, much more if the place did not have...

"Pros- Beautiful area and property, close to the ski hill and the grocery store. I loved that you can use the hot tub all year long. They have all the dishes and posts needed to cook a meal. The views were stunning. Cons- The hot tub water is not very hot. I wish the shed had some walls to block out the wind. There was no daily housekeeping or access to a telephone as advertised. "We had a great stay and enjoyed the spa but know that it's a bit far from the Auberge side and that there is no locker room or change room so in the winter it could be inconvenient but for us it was not too too cold yesterday do it was fine. The restaurant to a pricey but very good!! We unfortunately did not have access to the sport channel in our room in the evening to watch our hockey team play that was a bummer. "
