The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The chalet lounge was an absolute delight: rustic charm meets modern comfort, with plush seating, a crackling fireplace, and an inviting ambiance that made it hard to leave. "We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
