Initially we had thought it might have been an issue having to get a shuttle to the slopes but they were regular and really easy. Basically it is hard to think of a smoothest experience with everything you need to do and enjoy walkable in a few minutes. Incredible spa and breakfast. "This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "
