"First thing I noticed was a pair of boxers and a sock next to the couch in the room. Then when I pulled the blankets down there was a large ball of hair between the sheet and “comforter” which was basically just another sheet. I pulled back the sheet and found dirt and hair and smudges of some sort on the fitted sheet. Clearly the bed wasn’t changed out. The staff was nice about it and gave me new sheets and a thicket blankets."
