"Literally EVERYTHING about my stay here was great! The property is in the best location, with easy access to amazing dining and historic sights. The room was spotless, comfortable and very well-appointed. But perhaps the best part of the stay was the staff, who absolutely went out of their way to be helpful, professional and welcoming! Patricia and her team were simply the best! If you visit Monopoli and don’t stay at this property, you’re probably making a mistake. "
