"Lovely helpful staff, beautifully laid out rooms with excellent facilities. Housekeeping was perfect. Fantastic pools, perfect for families. There was a lovely mix of nationalities staying at the hotel, perfect for families or couples. 15 mins or for a coastal walk into Chania - a vibrant city with a stunning old town and Venetian harbour. Recommend a day trip to the Samaria gorge if you’re active. "

Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved.
It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able.
It was good but mainly to stay in hotel...

"Amazing value and fantastic staff. Tina was a standout. The food selection was diverse and they constantly restocked. I didn’t like the stairs in the maisonettes as they were very steep and didn’t feel safe. No lifts anywhere on the property. Overall we loved our stay. "

"We had such a lovely stay here. One of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in, it was spotless!
Nice pool area with a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other side. Nice friendly staff. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a supermarkets nearby. We would definitely stay here again."

"I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

"We stayed in an ocean view room and the view was beautiful. Nice breeze. Location is high up with steep slopes, not feasible for older and those with bad backs. Property has elevator to avoid the slope but is hard to find. Definitely helpful once it is found. Interior could use some upgrades. But it was clean and comfortable enough. Enjoyed my stay. "

"Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff, just outside is the bus 21 station that goes to Chania town centre bus station- from which you could take different buses to Botanical Garden, south villages, different towns.
The beach is less than 10 min walk down the street; is nice and not too crowded, where I went twice in my 8 night stay as in the rest I went in excursions.
The breakfast is ok but nothing special, personally I didn’t like it very much. I think in the future I can go to a cafeteria and...

"We had an amazing time at Kedrissos.
From the very start, the communication was excellent. We arrived after reception closed and they sent both an email and WhatsApp with clear instructions. Getting in and finding our room were easy.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a standard room (no sea view) but still had a balcony overlooking the room water feature and a large bush gave us privacy from the car park. It was a great space for a morning coffee.

"Så fint hotell med otroligt fin service. Vänlighet och tillmötesgående i alla avseenden.
Rent och snyggt och med allt man kan behöva ha. Så som diskmedel schampo och tvål . Jätte fin ren pool. Frukosten var alldeles lagom och de varierar den lite då och då. Möjlighet till beachclubs deal . Stranden endast ett par meter ifrån.

"The reneiris hotel is on a hillside overlooking the beach.
The view is spectacular and sitting in the balcony each evening was a great experience.
BOOK A ROOM WITH A VIEW!!
The rooms are modern and well presented.
Breakfast is served in the pool bar and is varied and of Good quality.
Pool area is nice, lots of parasols and pool was just right (1.6m max depth)"

"This resort is incredible! It's beautiful, on the beach, in a great location, & the breakfast was amazing!! The buffet was huge with so many selections. The spa & pool area were wonderful, you really felt like you're on vacation with things such as a swim up bar, chairs on the beach and 2 pools to choose from. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The staff were so friendly, especially the swim up pool bartender. The upper outdoor lounge had music and places to sit, watch the sunset & enjoy apps and drinks. I highly recommend staying at this resort!!"
