"We checked in and discovered this place was nothing like expected. It is nothing like the photos, tired and not welcoming. When we arrived we found out there was no wifi in our room as promised. "I got to the train station at 6pm. There were no taxis. I called the hotel. The person who answered spoke Italian only. He gave me a number of a taxi station, which wasn't available.
