"Wonderful Italy was great to work with. This was our second property we stayed at during this trip. The first property was great and this one was a let down. The apartment was nice at first look but then as we were there longer it really wasn’t well maintained. The air con was in the main living room and didn’t flow into the bedroom. "I proprietari sono stati molto gentili a farci lasciare il bagaglio in camera più a lungo del check-out. Purtroppo l'aspetto comunicazione invece ha lasciato molto a desiderare, fino al giorno prima non sapevo se la camera era confermata o meno e altre cose. Anche l'organizzazione Expedia si è rivelata manchevole nella prenotazione. Abbiamo dovuto comprare la carta igienica."

"Non ho potuto soggiornare perché l'host ha cancellato la prenotazione esattamente il giorno prima indicando problemi idrici al condominio. Non so dire se questi problemi fossero reali (è una di quelle scuse sempre valide), ma di sicuro il nostro soggiorno (4 persone tra cui un bambino) è stato rovinato in quanto il giorno prima per il giorno dopo non sono riuscito a trovare nessuna struttura alternativa con prezzi umani.
