"The rooms were incredibly spacious – it felt like we had our own one-bedroom apartment, complete with a living room and kitchen. "Rania, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She thoroughly explained everything and gave excellent local recommendations. And most importantly she helped with my lost handbag; I left my handbag behind during the checkout process. The bag has passports and other important stuff. I came back to look for it and she had it ready on the front desk…phew… She’s a life saver!!"

"Very simple apartment accommodation in a fantastic location and with a very friendly and thoughtful staff. This is primarily for families looking to travel in Rhodes, with easy beach access in Faliraki and a short distance away from many great things to do and see."

"The property has 2 buildings, one closer to the village centre and another one with direct access to the beach. We were lucky to be by the Gaia beach just opposite ours, which has a nicer swimming pool and a bar/restaurant, which is very good and part of the hotel management. "Such a lovely, family run hotel. So much more personal and quiet compared to the bigger, 4 & 5 star hotels. We were really glad we picked the Caravel. Huge room (apartment), great food and pool and just over the road from the sea. The owners were incredibly friendly, sorted out some last minute euros for us and booked probably the best taxi service we’ve ever had! All the good reviews were spot on. "

Staff on reception during check-in were not very friendly and charged me for the room, even though I had paid by using my saved vouchers. This was rectified later in the day by the manager. "If you want to feel in the right place back in time this is the place for you. What a xosy and lovely pension. Mino the owner is the chef at the terrace where the food , service and piece and outstanding. WHAT A VIEW FROM THE TERRACE. It is a place to stay for a week. It is not fancy but it has what I need , very basic things. It has a little kitchenette. The only thing you need to consider is to bring your conditioner and shampoo."

"This was an excellent stay prior to getting the ferry. A short walk to blue star terminal. The owners are so nice and very helpful the room was very clean , spacious , tidy and had cooking facilities. Super market just round the corner and a “locals” souvlaki place just opposite the supermarket. Would recommend this place to anyone for value for money and comfort. Again the owners where so nice"

"Un agréable séjour de 5 jours dans un bel appartement très propre, bonne literie, bien équipé et il y a aussi un micro-onde. Grande douche avec aucun souci de pression et d'eau chaude. Le WIFI est excellent. Dans l'immeuble il y a un ascenseur et pour le stationnement sur la rue, c'est très facile à trouver. L’hôte et le personnel sont d'une grande gentillesse. "The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout. Close to Rhodes old town if you wanted to venture and also not a far transfer from the airport. Lovely entertainment on an evening. An extremely good all inclusive Hotel overall. "
