"Nice relaxing area with tons of parking, great views. Staff is very nice and helpful. 30 minute walk into Sorrento *I always walked down, which they got a neat walkway down the mountain,* but walking back up is another story, recommend the bus that says *Priora* for that. All in all it was a great stay."

"Il Chiostro, a former monastery is a 75 euro taxi ride outside Sorrento, at least that is what we were charged. Maria is very helpful and friendly but be aware, there is no bus service to the Relais and it is a 600 metre steep uphill walk from the main road. Impossible if you have luggage. The only practical way to get to Sorrento is by bus walking down and up the hill unless you rent a car or scooter. There are no restaurants in the vicinity although Maria can arrange a free ride to and from a...

"Melody is a great little BnB located in a building complex about a block or two away (5mins walking) from the main street in Sorrento. The hosts were wonderful and kind - we reached out to them beforehand and we were greeted by Michael at the front door. The facilities were clean and there is breakfast available in the morning. The actual hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building, and you must go to the back entrance of the building in order to enter. "

"Amazing location for the price. Couldn’t have been anymore convenient. Room was clean and had just what you needed (no frills). Area can be a bit noisy at night but that’s to be expected with the location and wasn’t a bother for us. Would stay again, especially if you are on budget! "

"We enjoyed staying at Mediterranean Suites in Sorrento. The location was great, the view from the patio very nice. The place was clean and well-equipped. Everything worked. Parking is off site with a separate service, but it wasn't a problem. No complaints. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the old town of Sorrento for a few days. "

"Nicest hostel I had ever seen. Really a hotel. Close to old town but far enough to be quiet. Large room and bathroom. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was huge for Europe: scrambled & boiled eggs, toast, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, vegetables, pastries and sweets, fruit, milk, coffee, juice. Elevator. Few steps. Not fancy but both nice and functional. Some British school groups when we were there. "
