This hotel is excellent value for money and is located very close to the train station, which is great to explore the local area. The Monte Carlo Casino, Marina and Grand Prix circuit are all within walking distance, although it is quite steep walking back to the hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished so it's very fresh and clean. I will be definitely return.

Everything in the building has just been renovated and they did it great! The room where we stayed was perfect, it looked really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station, which it helped us a lot. We took breakfast at the hotel, and the food was really good. Everyone from the staff treated us really nice, they made us feel like home! Special thanks to Alex, who was very kind to us. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located to the train station.Within a reasonable walk to the port of monaco(10 mins max) where you will find lots of lovely restaurants,bars and shops.The escalators and lift system in monaco do make life a little easier with the steep hills,so look on maps where located before you go. Upon arrival at the Hotel we were greeted by a Lovely reception team,so polite,pleasant and most helpful. The Hotel room was clean and fresh smelling,large space,(we had a twin room)and after sleeping there the beds and pillows were amazing,so comfortable. At Breakfast we were greeted by a lovely friendly member of the team,nothing too much trouble.Excellent choice of food,from cereal,croissants,ham and cheese,bacon and eggs,and lovely pots of fresh fruit.If you still have room and love a sweet treat,the brownies are delicious!! In the evening the restaurant is turned into Italian theme,serving Pasta and pizza. Sadly the Rooftop area still wasnt finished due to a delay in building work we were told which was a shame,but a good excuse to return and enjoy. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble,The company should be proud of the team they have,as they made our stay enjoyable.The area surrounding felt very safe as we were walking around late at night which was reassuring. We look forward to returning at a later date.

Our room had a bathtub that didn't have a stopper that went down and you had to hold the shower spout to take a shower, it wasn't hanging on anything. While it was listed that there was a kettle and a mini-bar and room service, there was nothing in the rooms and no phone to call for room service. We needed to work in the room before we went out for the day, and there was construction going on in the room next door, very loud drilling. There was a lot of talk about soundproofing, but I could hear the person's phone buzz when they got a message. We changed rooms after two days, but this room had no air conditioning. We decided that we wanted to leave early but we were told we couldn't get any money back for the last day (despite the rooms not being what was promised). It was, however, very clean and we very much appreciated that. It was also very close to the train station.

Excellent value for money

Great breakfast included in the price which made this hotel great value for money. The room was great as was receptionist who was always willing to help. Location is 15 minutes from the Port of Hercules and there are couple of really good restaurants nearby.

Convenient, especially for the price

Hotel was convenient to walk to casino, waterfront, and was clean. Staff was pleasant. Its an uphill hike back to the hotel from the marina, but the room was serviceable and the neighborhood pleasant

The hotel was great, we stayed here for one night before continuing on with our trip however it was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotels location was near enough that we could walk to the waterfront easily. I would stay here again without a doubt for the price!
