"From the moment we arrived at Napili Shores Resort By Outrigger, we had a pleasant first impression. While the exterior may have an older charm, it is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately puts you at ease. "The staff was so friendly and helpful. The property was clean and has gorgeous views. We saw so much from our lanai from tons of sea turtles; dolphins; and even a large whale. Also a short walk takes you to a large parking lot with a huge variety of AMAZING food trucks to choose from. It’s a very convenient location. "

"We were very pleasantly surprised at how well run The Whaler is. We weren’t sure what to expect knowing that all of the units are privately owned, but it was run essentially like a hotel, with a concierge desk, front desk, house keeping etc. Everything was very clean, including all walkways, elevators and bathrooms near the reception desk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. We will definitely be back!"

"The places is nice to stay i was jist here for new years. The only problem i had was they dont kick out the people parking in the hotel thays not even stay at the palce makes it hard for parkimg at night"

"I was amazed by the completeness of kitchen utensils in the unit and the kind arrangement of late checking in. I was worried about where to eat while checking in late and it ends up with the full kitchen availability so that we could simply cook by ourselves rather than finding a restaurant in the dark. I arrived at about 7:30pm on the day and the office was already closed but the staff arranged accordingly for my access and it's really convenient. Thanks to the staff as well."

"This property is beautifully maintained with golf-course-like grass and colorful flowers. The receptionists are all warm and helpful. Location is very conveniently situated between Whaler villages and other beaches. The bathroom shower ceiling was opened and revealed the dusty vents which was not a site I wanted to see but nonetheless the room was clean and tidy! "

"Really liked the property. Staff was great. Rooms were great. Location was great. If I had one minor complaint it was that the pool is very small and after staying at the property for 8 days I was never able to get two chairs to sit at any day of my stay. I went down to put my towels out on chairs before 8 am and they were always accounted for. I gave up after day 4. "

"The Sheraton is a very well kept property. The staff is very friendly and prompt. The Luau is fantastic! If you have a vehicle while staying at the Sheraton, be aware of the Luau nights. Valet gets super busy, so you are better off self parking. This is a resort, so there are a lot of kids here. We stayed from Dec 26 to Jan 2 so during a peak vacation time for families. "
