The food prices were very expensive, way to high for seniors on fixed incomes, we saved money for almost six months to be able to celebrate our 56 wedding anniversary there, but could not afford the meal(s) we wanted. It spoiled the meaning for us being there. "

"I'm a truck driver delivering slot machines up there. Was lucky the weather cooperated and wasn't snowing or else it would have been treacherous to get up there. On top of a mountain But comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was no place to eat, no breakfast, and you had to walk down the mountain to the Golden Nugget sister property to have food at the restaurant which in the winter time, in the cold, wasn't a good option for me. Also the bed was extremely non-supportive....

"Great hotel. Room was fantastic. Staff excellent. Resturant was great. Very nice menue. Waitress and other staff in resturant exceptional. Price, free breakfast, resturant, room and casino gets a 5 rating. Will return in the future."

"The Midnight Rose Hotel was very nice. The people were so nice everywhere! Our room was so comfortable and clean. The restuarant is top notch. Awesome food. We enjoyed walking around and also touring the museums and learning the history of the town. "

"The cabin was picturesque. We stayed during a snowstorm, and thankfully, they did have a snow plow that came by to clean the road to the cabin. The cabin was cozy and filled with everything you would need. "

"Beautiful property with amazing space. The hot tub was amazing could have used a light near it as it is at the end of the patio area. We were not able to get the fire pit to work but it was still such a beautiful space. Lots of area to park, an amazing stay all around. Also a pull out couch would have been great to add extra sleeping space."

"WOW! Look no further for the perfect friends/couple/or family getaway. We used it for a weekend trip away from Denver to explore Garden of the Gods, 11 Mile, and the Dream Stream. One day we stayed at camp all day, snuggled in the oh so comfy beds and playing games by the fire. We enjoyed exploring locally (hiking, fishing galore), and coming back for amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner choices (all included!). "This was the best resort I have ever stayed in! My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our birthday in Colorado in the mountains. We wanted something relaxing and peaceful, as we're from Miami and wanted time away from the hustle and bustle (and heat!) of the city life. We recieved everything we were looking for and more in Colorado Springs at Garden of the Gods Resort! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the customer service could not have been better. Literally, from the moment we arrived till the second we left for the airport, we were greeted and treated like royalty. We ate at two of the restaurants (Grand View and Kissing Camels) and thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. The resort knew it was our birthday and went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated--even going as far as surprising us upon arrival with personalized hand-written birthday cards and a box of chocolates. We loved the room and the views were breathtaking! We have already decided we want to come back in the spring or summer and we will for sure stay at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club. I highly recommend!!"

"The Villa Motel was great -- nothing fancy (although a seasonal pool and year-round hot tub were a bonus) but everything was done well. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff took pride in welcoming guests and making sure their needs were met. Super close to downtown Manitou Springs -- stroll on over so you don't have to fight a battle for parking. Overall, The Villa Motel is a terrific choice!"
