"Very clean apartment. Kitchen had everything, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils. There was even a washing machine in the apartment. Location was very convenient, only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Local transit is reliable and connected to all relevant tourist spots. There is also a grocery store right outside this metro station. Overall very pleased. Would definitely recommend. "

"My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean, kitchen cookwares are enough for me to cook family dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. My family stayed in Munich, Salzburg and Vienna, Vienna apartment hotel is the one we like the most. "

"What a great find. We were only at the flat for one night as we were attending a concert at the hall up the street, but we would definitely return and likely stay every time we make it in to Vienna. Perfect space for 2 or 3 people, beautiful balcony for sitting and in a nice area outside of the busy tourist center. Carina was available all the time with my many question and was super helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend it more. "

"Really lovely apartment with character. We travelled as a group of 5 and apartment was very comfortable and big enough for all of us. Reception really helpful and friendly , although not right in the centre you can still walk to a lot of places. Highly recommended."

"Cannot recommend enough. Check in/ out was a breeze and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in the city and near public transport. I would book this apartment for a week just to stay inside it all week, it is that good!!! Great place for a group of people. "

"Stayed 5 nights with my daughter and her 2 children. The owner was very kind, caring and helpful with all our questions. Great location, very close to restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the underground. Clean, comfortable and affordable."

"Nice kitchen but no table or chairs do these would be a nice addition. Maybe blinds as the windows are over the road and a bench that lots of smokers used. Really appreciated being able to extend check out, thank you. "

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"The property was in a run down area and in a run down building. The property required an industrial clean. It was dirty, shabby and grimey. The two ring cooker was dirty old and had tape stuck on the knobs. The bathroom was terrible with a dirty shower unit. The kettle was filled with limescale and the dust and dirt under the bed and units hadn't been cleaned in years. The television wasn't working. The outside area had steep steps covered in broken branches and was a death trap. When i...

"Doors are loud and the walls are thin so u hear the other guests in the next door rooms. My big thing was we shared 4 rolls of toilet paper and it ran out in the first 3 1/2 days and they told me and the other guests it’s not there problem."

"The check in was quick. Ms Vollenta was friendly and helpful. She did the check in and help me when I needed a bag for the groceries bought at the lobby. She gave us the famous Hilton cookies. we arrived late night, there is no room service in the hotel but there is a mini groceries in the lobby with all drinks and good sandwiches especially the Tuna sandwiches since we are Muslims so its a good choices for us. The room is cleaned, good size and good internet. The only thing is the Front Desk dont answer the call if you call them. The breakfast is good. Highly recommend the hotel. We would stay here if we are in Vienna."

Affordable stay at an excellent hotel

"We had a great time, the hotel is very well maintained and the front desk personal are very nice. The location may be far from the city center but it is close to the 7th quarter (Neubau) which is filled with wonderful small cafes and great restaurants and shops. One and only issue with the room was a drain issue in the shower which was fixed after we complained. Highly recommend hotel "
