"I stayed here for 4 days. Marco was wonderful to communicate with. The location of the B&B is close to the historic centre and about a 25 minute walk to the beach or to the main shopping area of pescara. You can rent a "Palma" or umbrella from Marco directly to use while at the beach. Bring your own towel from home. The location of the beach area however is a good 30-35 minute walk.
