"The Boma Nairobi had everything I needed. The bathroom had options for a quick shower, and a deep bath- which for me, as someone who is big on self-care really loves. Next, the buffet option for breakfast, lunch or dinner, provides one with several options of what to eat. Next, the staff members are very professional and peasant. "The Sarova Stanley was superb. Great facilities with multiple dining options, a beautiful bar area, very good workout facilities, etc. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in all ways - helping with shuttle service, food, and special needs. Copntact them ahead to arrange airport pick-up! We especially enjoyed spending time chatting with Beatrice, Collins and Maxwell. HIghly recommend!"

"This hotel is very conveniently located to all the restaurants we enjoyed. The breakfast buffet offers fresh fruit, veggies, chef made omelettes, a wide assortment of pastries and smoothies. The workout room is sufficient with weights and a few treadmills. The huge pool is warm and very visible on the dining floor. We loved it. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel was just amazing, better than any 5 star I’d stayed in. A home away from home. Didn’t want to leave. Nicely laid out and in tip top shape. The room given was newly renovated in which I found no defects. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. The staff was top notch, everyone is treated as royalty. This hotel definitely stands out. Whenever I mentioned its name everyone knew of it. Other food choices and bars were just around the corner in the mini mail . Streets are very safe....

"This hotel and staff went out of their way one night at dinner. I wanted fried chicken and a salad and some cooked rice. These items were not on the menu. But my server asked the cook/Chef about this. He assured me, he would fix just what i wanted. He came thru. But all of the service was great. I'd stay here again and again."

"We checked into the hotel late due to flight schedule. When we got to the room, we realized the air-condition was not working, and the telephone in the room was not working either. We checked with the reception where it was confirmed the whole facility didnt have working air conditioner. We were promised a stand fan which was never supplied. it was raining on that day so opening of the windows for cooler air was no option. Very disappointed and there was no compensation for the inconvinience. "
