"My booking was cancelled around 08H00 because a political party booked the whole lodge. I went to tzaneen instead and had lots of fun."

"Many years ago, before the infamous conflagration that destroyed part of the hotel, I stayed there. Also, every Sunday, my family and I would indulge in tea/coffee with fresh scones, cream and strawberry jam. The bar, then, was most charming. So beautiful but so poorly Managed
"Check in was bad and the welcome not good due to us booking on hotels.com and the manager did not know how to claim the free nights I had and booked for it. Then she tried to tell us we had to pay and later came to sort of apologize but just not a good reception Management is really bad at your property ..."
