We stayed in the two queen room. Very child friendly, staff is friendly and willing to help you when you asked for additional towels is a must. My children enjoyed their stay and very quiet. Just wished they had sleeves for the coffee cups and checked shampoo and conditioner after every guest. Although the complimentary soap smelled nice.

We stopped for a good nights midway to our destination. Unfortunately it was not what I expected. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was super noisy in the halls, not sure if it was a party crowd or workers but it lasted until 3 am. Our toilet was not flushing and maintenance would not be available until next day at 9am. Since we only checked in for 1 night they offered us to use bathroom in another room or use a plunger. My husband opted for the plunger.

This was a very disappointing experience. First off the gray, non-de script hotel was in the back of a large parking lot, behind other businesses, without a sign to let you know where it was. We drove around on Kansas St. twice before we figured out that the hotel was 'back there'. The neighborhood was a slummy industrial area, not part of downtown, a few blocks away. Late that evening, we found that the toilet didn't work, and we had to use the hall way toilet two doors away. The staff person said "yeah, we have this problem on the first floor". The 'bagel bar' was very limited, without salt to use for the oatmeal packets. No forks and very bad tasting water. The room itself was fine, the shower satisfying. But the whole package was not enough to justify coming back. Can't recommend it either.

I didn't like paying a $250 deposit for a room that was less than $100 - especially with no amenities on site to use the deposit at. Seemed excessive so I choose not to stay another night.
