The host was was accommodating and responsive as we booked last minute, though they sent instructions for through a variety of online sources including WhatsApp, Gmail and Vikey for check in so difficult look through for the check in directions if you are rushing, which we were. "Residence Studio Vita was a home away from home. It has everything you need, spacious corridors, and close proximity to many amenities. There were great shopping and restaurant options around. My family loved being able to walk around the streets of Bologna and explore what they have to offer. Would recommend staying here with a group!"

"The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."

"This is a must if you are travelling to Bologna. The apartment is very central to main train station and restaurants. The set up is so convenient. Communication with the owners was sensational. Could not fault our stay in this apartment"

The benefits are the charming surroundings; the drawbacks the noise in the streets in the evening and night from lots of partying students. The apartment and furniture are not new but functional. Communication with the landlord is through WhatsApp, so make sure you have that available and turned on."

Can’t beat the location & great accommodation

"Great proximity to Bologna Centrale and just a 15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore and the oldest sections of the city. Can be a little sketchy late at night, but be a little alert and you’ll be fine. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious; excellent breakfast is also a bonus. Second time here and I’ll be back."

"beautiful hotel. we stayed here, for a couple of days, after finishing our cruise in ravenna. the decor is very modern and the rooms are really nice. it reminded me of a nice casino hotel, on the room floors. it’s walking distance to the train station, which is in the center city. also, a short drive to the bologna airport. i would recommend and would stay here again."

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town

"Lovely modern hotel on the outskirts of town with large and spotlessly clean room which is well insulated, bathroom has big walk in shower and car park is directly in front of the room which is handy. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and one night we ate in the restaurant where they serve huge portions of delicious food. Special mention must go to the staff who are very pleasant."
