"The Metropole is a reminder of the glory days of Llandrindod, a big Victorian hotel that has changed little over the years. The food is generally good and plentiful and the service is very good. The spa is worth a visit, the facilities are very good, especially the

area. The hotel is starting to look a little shabby again, but is clean and tidy. We have been staying here for years and will come back again. "

"Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us."

"Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly.
