The jacuzzi was great. I suggest that anyone getting the room have it filled up before the guest arrives. The closet shelving was coming off the wall. So I could not hang my clothes.

Black Mold present in shower as well as vents in bathroom. Hotel staff or owners must live there as kids at all hours of night running up and down halls. Very unkept and billing mistake upon check in was assigned wrong person for check in ( even though they reviewed my ID) I had to Catch this on the screen .. not even sure how this could happen. I highly suggest avoiding like the plague ( what you might catch after staying there. In fact I have been sick since. I firmly believe it was room mold!!!

Towels provided were quite scratchy and only 2 for 4 guests. Next day they picked up wet towels but didn’t leave fresh also didn’t make the beds. Opted to skip cleaning service the rest of the stay. Overall quiet and convenient stay for decent price.

The room was very spacious with everything we needed. As usual the bed was very comfy. A TV guide would be advantageous. There was a breakfast but think they could do better if you compare the offerings elsewhere.

It was a very unplesant experience, from dirty floors, foul smells, dirty mattresses piled up on the third floor hallway in front of the elevator doors, questionable people going in n out of the hotel, etc!!! I didn’t spend a night!!! I had to go elsewhere because it is NOT what is advertised on internet!!! I request a total refund!!!
