"Good Central location. Good snorkeling in front of the hotel. Clear kayaks are not worth the bother. Can't really see well, Stick to snorkeling. Short walk to the sardine run. No need to hire a guide, just swim out and they're right there. "

"Traveling with my wife and two kids. Very old outdated property. During our stay, the water went out. The water have to be delivered to the hotel and pumped into water tanks. Then are not attached to city supply or have their own well. The pump burned out and no standby replacements. So we could not use the bathroom for anything. The door the bathroom is busted. The door frame is broken like someone kick it in. The hotel manager refused to refund our money when they had no other room to...

"Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Very noisy. No blanket, only sheet. No windows. Person was not there to check me in. Only one functional shower for multiple people. Would not recommend. "

"Booking said pool and there was none working We paid for two deluxe double rooms on hotels.com. when we arrived they showed us in to cheaper single rooms, with no explanation. When we complained they said they didn't have any rooms like that. They blamed hotels.com for making their listing look like they had them, saying they couldn't list it accurately because of their limited listing fields. Well, we were deceived. "We had an enjoyable stay at D'Gecko Hotel. The location was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. Regarding the slippers to be used in the room - we thought this was a good idea to avoid common areas getting sandy/dirty - however we just wish they'd provided larger sizes of slippers!"
