"We had a great stay at U Kapra appts. Great communication prior to arrival. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 and was in a fabulous location. Walking distance to all the main attractions and close enough to pop back during the day if needed. The only slight negative was the construction work going on, the noise starts at 7am so there is no chance of a lie in. This will obviously only be temporary and would not say that this was a reason not to book. "

The doormen on the strip club next door saw me looking confused and they guided me in the right direction. "The apartment was really cool! Very spacious and stylishly decorated. The communication was very smooth. I asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, and when I came back, they not only delivered the bedding but they made the bed. The bathroom needs a little fixing but we enjoyed our stay and felt safe."

The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. "Amazing, unique place so close to everything. Just a few mins walk to Charles Bridge and easily walkable to the castle. The room was huge and decorated beautifully. Petra was so friendly and helpful. We really loved it and wouod definitely stay here again "

Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all.
