"From the moment we stepped in, we received a proper reception despite turning up rather late in the day, after 8 pm. The hotel facilities were properly explained and the room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was an excellent culinary experience. "The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available.
