"Clean and decent hotel, well situated with walking distance to town centre. Loved the little frozen lake that I could see from the window. Quiet town, visiting in February wasn’t the turist moment."

"I chose this hotel due to its idyllic look & since I was traveling with 4 colleagues, they all booked here too. On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. The restaurant was closed, another reason I had chosen this hotel was because it had a restaurant, nobody told us it would be closed. Very poor. The service was friendly at breakfast & that’s my reason for ranking this at okay. The lady was lovely & made our start to each day a pleasant one ."

"Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable lodging in a central location. Small water bottle in room at arrival would have been nice, but local mints in bathroom and Christmas chocolate on pillow were very thoughtful. Would also have liked to see homemade jam instead of high glucose factory stuff as an extra touch at breakfast. Blackout curtains worked and bathroom was modern and spacious. Would definitely stay again. "

"I like the hotel, however they have changed some of the things at breakfast: no croissants anymore, no specialty cheeses amongst others, which were two of the highlights for me. and that while pricing is going up the rest was fine"

"Ich habe schon ein paar Mal hier übernachtet und kann es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Besonders schön finde ich die vielseitige Saunalandschaft, den Pool und das leckere reichhaltige Frühstück. Auch in den Betten schläft es sich sehr gut. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche und es ist alles sehr sauber. Zum Empfang gibt es eine Flasche kostenloses Wasser. "
