"Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner. "I was upgarded to a one bed apartment from a studio as they had to move me to a different hotel location (mirabell). The room was huge, very modern and clean. Easy access to the building and excellent location. Communication with the team is via whatsapp and they respond promptly regardless of the time"

"One first inspection the apartment is outstanding. Looks great and has all the mod cons. It not until you try and use the facilities that realise they fall short. The washing machine was a nightmare but fortunately the one downstairs was excellent, there is no toaster, no tongs and no broom and dust pan. "This is the best hotel in Salzburg. It’s next to the bus station and main train station! If convenient is what you want, this is the place to go! 😊 the breakfast is good and the staff “Oswald” that’s her last name, was awesome! She made us feel welcomed every morning for the whole week. "
