Everything about the hotel was great and the staff was outstanding. My only complaint is related to the snow and the poor response to it. They didn't get the parking lot plowed in a timely manner and they didn't seem to be using any salt for the parking lot so it was a mess. The area right outside the front doors was not cleaned well either. It just seems to me that a nice hotel like this should have a better plan for snow removal.

Nice clean property but the they were under staffed, in 3 days it snowed twice and snow removal was poor. Having breakfast we waited at our table and to complete breakfast took about an hour

The tgrudgeratir in my room leaked water all overt tile floor and room key card quit working when I tried t use it on day two of my stay had to deal with that and then they hit my credit card for 50 x 2 for incidentals the claim abd they said that was just incas. Haven’t seen it back to my card yet. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and pillows were great.

Very convenient location, within minutes of everything. Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was not the most personable. Also booked a room with two queens, somehow they didn't have it when we arrived and only offered a King. Explanation was that "the system" must have overbooked and made an error.
