"Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful rooms with great decorations, furnishings and beds/sheets. Rooms were spacious, as was the bathroom. Great location in Principe Real and walkable to many of the main attractions. Our room was a deluxe and we had a great view of the city and the castle. Staff was friendly and very helpful. "Excellent hotel, we had a wonderful stay there with our family. The staff was fantastic. The kids loved the snacks in the lobby, which were always available. There were also snacks on each floor. The breakfast was fantastic. There were fun activities in the afternoon that you could sign up for as well as walking tours. We also enjoyed the evening cocktail and appetizer. The location is perfect with the river nearby, and lots of fun areas within walking distance, but our room was nice and quiet...

"The staff was wonderful....they even called one morning to check on us because we hadn't come down for our scheduled breakfast time, and they left one table set for us and waited until we came down to eat. The room was a good size compared to other Portugal hotels we stayed in, the location was very convenient to everything, and we had a great view of the Duoro! We would definitely stay there again!"

"This truly is a gem in Lisbon! From the moment you walk into the Palacio, the staff was so friendly and helpful which sets the tone! Our room was just as pictured and a beautiful bathroom with a garden view. We enjoyed complimentary wine and cheeses in the garden in the afternoon. The breakfast was the best of our 2 week travels in Europe- each room had specially foods while the pianist played music. "If I could give this apartment 10 stars I would. I would stay here every time I come to Lisbon. The location is central to everything, there are so many options to dine, public trams and metro transportation drops you off right in front of the apartment, and great nightlife walking distance.
