"The hotel and staff were excellent, however on arrival we were no treated very nice, I had requested early check up and when we arrived I was told they were no rooms available till later, I was upset and insisted on the gentleman to please check the reservation, it was not until that moment that he change his behavior and say that they had rooms available, and would give me my upgraded room later. The rest of the staff was great, the place is also beautiful. "

"it was great ,location,staff, walkable,cleaness, the only thing it didnt have any windows, it feel a little stuffy sometimes, when I ask ,them why the rom didnt have any windows,( since i saw a window on their webpage) they blame Expedia for doing it,in that way,?, they said I got the satndar room ,but it was great room,moderm great beds,very worth it."

"Staff were very helpful. The property is right across from dinning options. The only thing that was not very convenient is that some of their rooms are being remodeled and during the day it can get very loud because of that. Other than that I will definitely be staying here again."

"This is a great hotel and the second time we've stayed here. The staff is very helpful and polite. Only issue we had was the service elevator was broken so the elevators were limited to customers due to staff using the regular elevators. Would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Morelia. We'll be back soon "
