"This property was in the perfect location for enjoying Sorrento. Check in process was seamless. Steps away from the main road, we were able to enjoy the local shops & dining with endless options. The only thing to note is that there is no elevator but Hector - our greeter - insisted on helping with our bags and apt is only on second floor. Highly Recommend. "What should have been a nice stay in a well located apartment was marred by poor communication and a lack of hospitality. Upon booking of the stay, we received an email to state our time of arrival. When we arrived the location was locked and no one to be found. Neighbors told us the owner wasn't around and did not answer our calls. "This "hotel" is actually a very nice suite attached to a campground. Outstanding location, short walk to the (stone) beach. View cluttered up by all the RVs. I'll consider going back."
