I stayed here when my furnace went out. My room was clean, comfortable, and warm! Breakfast was included. Lovely breakfast area with large windows, and a view of the nearby woods. Internet worked well. And I used the exercise room which had several treadmills, weights, and a stability ball.

Everything was good and checkin was quick and easy. The breakfast was good and setup very well for people to easily get their food and move through the line, also very child friendly. The only thing i didnt like was Housekeeping knocking at my room #304 door at 8:30am considering checkout time is 12noon and my reservation was through the next day. Building was nice and quiet during my entire stay and the person working the main desk(2/9/25 am) was very poliet and helpful with all of the guests.

The property was clean and comfortable and good for an overnight stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a few guest over indulging themselves with smoking marijuana that had the elevator and hallway wreaking to the point we wondered if we would get a contact high just getting to our room. Breakfsst in the morning was very good with several hot and cold food choices to get our day started. Overall, a decent place to spend a relatively inexpensive night.

The tub had blue stains around the drain, the bed sheets seemed like they were not changed. There were dirty spots on the wall, desk and TV. My daughters and I saw a big bug with wings that we never seen before crawling down the curtain by the window. The hotel elevator needs attention because of the condition and didn’t feel safe. People were smoking substances in their room on the same floor we stayed that we could smell it in the hallway. Children running/racing back and forth in the hallway in the middle of the night while we were trying to sleep. Better luck next time.

Downtown Minneapolis is about 12-15 mins, located in a nice frontage road. There is a Trader Joe close by. Parking was free. Staff were nice!

I was racially discriminated by an employee of the name Kimberly She checked me in gave me the hotel keys I proceeded to go to my room as soon as I got into my room she called me and said that she would call the police if I did not return to the front desk before I could ask why she would call the police she hung up the phone As I was putting my shoes on to go to the front desk to see what the issue was she called again and said that if I do not go downstairs she will call the police so I went downstairs the elevators took a long time to open to say if you don't get down here I'm going to call the police I have stayed at this location plenty of times I mind my own business I pay for the room I go in I sleep I leave the next morning As soon as I got to the front desk I was with so much attitude and I asked her she was threatening to call the police on me and being so disrespectful and she claimed that I had locked my card But my problem is it my issue that you let everything go knowing that my card did not go through yet you proceeded to give me the hotel room key therefore it was your fault to give me these keys without getting your payment All I had to do was transfer money back to my check which I did within five seconds I continue to ask what the issue was and she said that if I did not leave the lobby she would call the police on me I had not done anything to this woman if my car did not go through I do not understand why she would give me the hotel room key but
