I stayed here for a couple days to attend a conference. It wasn't too far from downtown which was nice. The shuttle was pretty good and the service at the hotel was great! Some of the appliances in the room and the room itself were a little outdated, but you get what you pay for. All in all, it was a good stay.

The upkeep of the hotel lacks. The cleanliness is really awful from stains all over the room to the wall chipping. Small bathroom, shower rod hits the door type small. Pool area needs upkeep from chipping to food left all over floor, just gross. The outside traffic and weed smell is extremely off putting. Wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it.

My experience with this facility goes back many years when this was the Radisson. I was impressed with it when I/we attended conferences and conventions there. The upgrades are amazing. Liked it a lot.

I enjoyed my stay at the event I attended. The staff around helping out was attentive, friendly. Front desk- Amazing!!. Dislike- my vent in my room was clogged with dust which affected my allergies and bathroom had ring around tub and used soap left on vanity. Otherwise, fair. Bed was not neat.

Forgot item in the room and realized it 2 hours after leaving the hotel as we were traveling north of MN for a few days. We called and talked to the front desk and asked if they would hold it for us to get on our way back through Minneapolis. They confirmed that it would be no problem. When we came back to get it, the staff was very unhelpful and had no idea what we were talking about. We felt lied to and betrayed. It was a waste of our time and energy and they obviously took it. Just very unprofessional, unorganized and not very customer friendly.
