"A lovely little hotel in the port of Kefalonia. Comfortable room, good air con, nice breakfast. The staff were very friendly, offering tips on where to go and booking taxis. We ate at the hotel one evening and it was a nice meal, reasonably priced. "

"Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot.
Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time.
They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee machine for coffee with milk.
Lots of egg options, yogurt with lots of topping options, different breads, loafs, croissants, pastries, fruit, cold and hot meats, juice, milk, coffee and tea.. it was busy however staff was amazing ! Cleaning up for you and constantly adding more food. Very well done!
It was quite hot while we were there but the AC worked well.
Room was well cleaned. Beds were comfy and the views are amazing from our rooms but since it’s on a hillside many rooms probably had a great view. Family rooms meant connecting doors which was great! Fridges were not working very well and had lots of ice in them which meant the door didn’t close well anymore. But maybe that was an oversight.
They have laundry service. I could fill a large laundry sack I got from the front dezk, paid $20 and they washed it for me, put it back in my room folded nicely the same day !!! Amazing vacation Luxery when traveling light,to have this option!
All in all a lovely stay, kind staff, great place"

"Beautiful location, exceptionally maintained and staffed by people who seem genuinely driven to ensure guests have a great experience. Food was great but the snorkelling at the private beach was the highlight for me.
Would highly recommend."

"Awesome pool and pool Bar. Great cocktails a the bar. Was difficult to find if your driving at night. Rooms are super clean and big. Bathroom is small and tiny shower and sink but ok. Im not fussy on this kinda stuff. Being clean is most important and it was.

"We were staying with our young baby and requested a travel cot months ago. On check in I asked about the travelcot, they had forgotten but would find one. The travelcot they provided did not come with the original mattress, they told us it had been misplaced and instead had put a soft foam mattress which was too big for the cot and came up the sides. We explained that this was not safe for the baby to sleep and asked for a different travel cot but they did not have one. My husband went back to the front desk to try and find a solution and a staff member came into our room without knocking whilst I was changing my baby. They were trying to put an oversized fleece blanket in the cot and said that would do and 'tutted' when I said it wasn't safe. Eventually we just asked them to leave and we tried to put our baby to sleep in the cot without a mattress but he woke up several times and was very distressed. The second night he woke up crying after a couple of hours and we decided to try and put him into our bed which wasn't what we wanted to do but he then slept through.
Avoid if you are traveling with a small child/baby, they do not care about safe sleeping practices.
The views were amazing, the room was clean although small but unfortunately the lack of a safe sleeping space for our baby ruined the last 2 nights of our holiday."
