An absolute gem in a really lovely village.
I'd certainly stay here again.
The owners were great. Very friendly and keen to ensure everyone has a good stay.
The breakfast was tasty and enough to fuel us up for the day. Cooked breakfast and cereals available.
The B&B doesn't have its own parking, but there's a car park next door that is free 6pm-9am, so if you're out for the day then it's not an issue. There's some free parking available further up the street, and further car parks in the village if needed. We didn't struggle to park except for one evening when we returned just around dinner time. But even then we found a space on the road.
There are several pubs and restaurants in the village, and the B&B is easy walking distance to them all, being located just off the main street.
Room was spacious and clean and WiFi was available.
We were out and about most of our time there, but if you wanted to stay around the house for more of the day then that would be possible too. There's a guest lounge provided, and access to a well kept garden.
