"Fast and easy self check in when we arrived on the 21st Dec. Room is clean with views, we stayed in traditional tatami room type. The hotel should have a regular and frequent bus service even though the ski resort is not open yet so as to convenient the guests who stay there. There is no family mart ..."

"I chose this hotel for its location next to a ski resort and I liked the look of the tatami rooms. This hotel is very cheap and you get what you pay for. "長岡大花火大会の際に夫婦で利用しました。長岡駅からは新幹線で一駅の浦佐駅から徒歩3分ほどの立地で便利です。また、浦佐駅前にはコンビニもあり助かりました。ホテルの施設は古い為、ウォシュレットは付いてなく、また冷蔵庫も小さい為、たくさんの食料品はは入りません。冷凍庫はないので不便な点もあります。シャンプーがリンスインのタイプですが日本人の髪質には合わなくて、髪の毛がクシ通りが悪かなるので、コンディショナーを持参することをおすすめします。 エアコンの効き具合は良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は優しい対応してくれました。"

"It’s got a great view, the owner is super nice. I stayed in September. However, the shower/bath water in the room was VERY cold. Honestly my only complaint about the place. Otherwise I loved it. Check in is very easy too."
